Welcome to your Joom Investments managed property. We are pleased you have selected us to serve your rental needs. We have compiled a list of frequently asked tenant questions.
  • How do I pay rent? We encourage residents to activate their Tenant Portal. This allows you to schedule, pay, and track your rent payments securely online and use the payment method best for you.
  • What if I have a leaky faucet or some other maintenance concern? These can be sent to us through our online routine property request system. Submit a maintenance request and we’ll schedule it to be resolved ASAP.
  • What if my problem is more severe like a broken pipe or electrical short? In any instance where resident safety or property is at risk, we ask that you contact us immediately.
  • I may be late on a rent payment. What do I do? Please advise us if you believe you may be late on a rent payment. You may incur late fees but making us aware will stop any further action.
  • I know someone interested in renting. What should I do? We appreciate referrals. Have them view our vacancies or have them contact us.
